EP!SODE
Last updated 4 August 2026
EP!SODE is software you run on your own Mac, connected to accounts you own. These terms cover the app itself. What you publish, and what you publish it through, remains yours and your providers' business.
These terms are between you and LOOK Technologies, LLC (2444 E Meadowbrook Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016), and govern your use of the EP!SODE macOS application. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a church or other organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use EP!SODE for your own or your organization's purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense the app, nor reverse engineer it except where that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
EP!SODE operates through third-party services you connect — currently Cloudflare and YouTube. You are responsible for:
We do not resell, mark up, or intermediate those services, and we cannot control their availability, pricing, quotas or policies.
Recordings, transcripts, generated drafts and everything you publish remain yours. We claim no ownership or license over them. We do not receive them.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record, transcribe and publish, including:
EP!SODE drafts summaries, devotionals, study guides, emails and clip suggestions using machine learning models — Apple Intelligence on your Mac, and Workers AI in your Cloudflare account for material the on-device model declines.
These are drafts. Language models misattribute quotations, invent scripture references, and can state doctrine your church would not. Output may be inaccurate or inappropriate even when the input was not. Review everything before it reaches your congregation. We make no warranty as to accuracy, theological soundness, or fitness for teaching, and we are not responsible for anything you publish unreviewed.
You agree not to use EP!SODE to:
EP!SODE is provided as-is. We may change, and may discontinue, features at any time — particularly where a third-party service we depend on changes its own terms or APIs. Software delivered to you keeps working; we do not promise indefinite compatibility with services outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EP!SODE is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription or generated text will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of data, revenue, goodwill or reputation, arising from use of the app. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for EP!SODE in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you publish using EP!SODE, or from your breach of these terms or of a connected service's terms.
You may stop using EP!SODE at any time by deleting it; your content and published services are unaffected because they are not ours. We may terminate this license if you materially breach these terms. Sections 4 through 10 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of The State of Arizona, and the courts of The State of Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
