EP!SODE
Last updated 4 August 2026
The short version. EP!SODE runs on your Mac. Your recordings, transcripts and drafts stay there. When you publish, they go to services you own and control — your Cloudflare account and your YouTube channel. LOOK Technologies, LLC operates no servers that receive your content, and has no account for you to create.
This policy describes how the EP!SODE macOS application ("EP!SODE", "the app") handles information. EP!SODE is published by LOOK Technologies, LLC (2444 E Meadowbrook Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016), referred to below as "we" and "us".
Nothing. The app has no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no user accounts. It does not transmit your content, your usage, or your identity to us.
We do not operate a backend. There is no database of ours in which your information could be stored, and no administrator on our side who could access it.
EP!SODE only sends data outward when you connect an account and ask it to. Each connection is to a service you control, under your own terms with that provider.
| Service | What is sent | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your Cloudflare account | Episode metadata, published audio, generated posts, and transcript sections submitted for text generation. | To run your podcast feed, public archive and scheduled posts, and to draft text Apple Intelligence declines. |
| YouTube | The video file you choose to upload, plus its title, description, tags and playlist. | To publish to your channel. |
| Apple | Nothing leaves the device for transcription or on-device generation. | Speech recognition and Apple Intelligence run locally. |
Drafting runs on Apple Intelligence on your Mac wherever possible. Apple's on-device safety filter declines a substantial portion of ordinary sermon content, so sections it refuses are sent to Workers AI within your own Cloudflare account, using your own credentials and billed to you. That transmission stays between your Mac and infrastructure you control. It does not pass through us.
EP!SODE uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and manage their details on the channel you sign in to. By using these features you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
EP!SODE requests only the access it needs to upload videos and edit their details on your channel. It stores the resulting authorisation token in your macOS Keychain on your Mac. It does not read your subscriber data, comments, or analytics, and it does not share YouTube data with any third party.
You can revoke EP!SODE's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page, or by signing out inside the app, which deletes the stored token from your Keychain.
Connecting Cloudflare authorises EP!SODE to create and update resources in your account on your behalf — a Worker, a database, a storage bucket, and access to Workers AI. Authorisation tokens are stored in your macOS Keychain. You can revoke access at any time from the OAuth applications section of your Cloudflare dashboard.
Anything the app publishes lives in your Cloudflare account and is governed by your agreement with Cloudflare, not by this policy.
Podcast feeds, archive pages and scheduled posts are, by design, visible to anyone with the address. Consider whether a recording is appropriate to publish — particularly where it contains testimony, prayer requests, children's voices, or anything shared in confidence. Obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction is your responsibility.
EP!SODE is a production tool intended for use by adults on behalf of an organization. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Note that recordings you choose to publish may contain the voices or images of minors; handling that lawfully is your responsibility as the publisher.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or erase. Requests of that kind should go to the provider actually holding the data — Cloudflare or Google — or be satisfied by deleting the files on your own Mac.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
